To delete an account master in BUSY, you need to open the account master and press F8. However, you can only do this if there are no transactions associated with that account.

How can I remove an account name from the list of accounts?
To remove an account name from the list of accounts, you can press F8 to delete that account master. Further if you want to only hide that account name then press F9.
Is it recommended to delete vouchers along with the stock?
It depends upon your requirements that you want to delete or not it is not related to stock but it is recommended to take backup before deletion of any voucher in BUSY.
I cancelled a bill but it is still showing in the system. How can I fully delete it?
You should follow below steps to delete a bill after cancellation:
Step 1: Take latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Then open relevant bill.
Step 3: Then press F8 and delete the bil.
Is there a way to remove added products randomly without affecting the existing products?
In BUSY, you cannot remove any product from data if that item is already used in any voucher. Further, data will not affected in case of deleting unused master from database.
Can I delete all items or just a specific group of items in BUSY?
In BUSY, you can delete all items and also can delete of a specific group of items. You can delete only those items which has not been used in any transaction.
How do I delete or void an invoice in BUSY?
To delete or void an invoice, you just open that invoice and click Delete button or press F8 on you keyboard and Confirm your action on the deletion window that appears.
How can I see a deleted voucher in BUSY?
There is no provision to see or recover a deleted voucher in BUSY. Alternatively if you have any backup before deletion then you can restore it and can see that voucher.
If I delete a bill, will the same voucher number be assigned to the next one?
Yes, if you delete the last bill in BUSY then the same voucher number will assigned to the next invoice. Further, it is recommended to take backup before deleting invoice.
