Find Solutions to Common Issues Related to data-specific - password reset
Step1: Ask if the company is data running on other system BUSY, and now running on this system
Step2: Go to control panel setting, find region options
Step3: Select the format united kingdom
Step4: Administrative language select united states
Step5: Save the setting and restart the system
Step6: still no login in company, if user id password forgot

To reset your password if you cannot log in to your company in BUSY, please follow these steps:
Step 1: If you want to reset Sub-user password then first login your company with super user(Admin user) and go to Administration tab and click on users.
Step 2: Click on modify and select the user of which you want to reset password and can change it and save.
Step 3: If you want to reset Super user (Admin user) password then you need to mail to your data to us on support@busy.in along with company's letterhead and BUSY Serial No.
If you unable to login your company show invalid login credentials, you can follow these steps to reset them:
Step 1: If you want to reset Sub-user password then first login your company with super user(Admin user) and go to Administration tab and click on users.
Step 2: Click on modify and select the user of which you want to reset password and can change it and save.
Step 3: If you want to reset Super user (Admin user) password then you need to mail to your data to us on support@busy.in along with company's letterhead and BUSY Serial No.
If you are experiencing an issue while login into the company as showing an Invalid password,
follow the steps below to correct it:
Step 1: Ensure that the password you are entering is correct.
Step 2: Open the Control Panel and then navigate to the "Region" settings.
Click on the "Administrative" tab and select the "Change system locale" option.
Step 3: Untick the "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" option and restart
the system.
Step 4: If the issue persists then you have to share data with us at support@busy.in then we will
send your data after resetting the password on your mail within 48 hours.

To change your username for logging in a company please follow the below option:
1: log in the company with your old username password
2: Go to administration
3: Press enter on User then click on modify and then you can modify your login username and save
4: Check through re-login your company with new username
If you forgot your company username and password then you can share your company data to your for reset password and then we will share your data after reset your password.
We only required active BLS of your license.

If you are unable to login your company in BUSY or if its showing invalid password its means you are entering a wrong password or you forgot the password, so you cannot reset your password by your own self due to your license security, you can sent your data at our mail id support@busy.in with your all relevent details then we will provide you user modification form you will have to fill it with your all details and send then we will reset your password at our end then revert you back through email.
If you have entered the company password but not able to login the company then check that the user name and password has entered is correct or not. If you forget the company login password then have to share data to customer support through we transfer.
