What will be the reason when not able to login the company?

 In BUSY, when we unable to login the company then Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Make sure that to enter the correct company username and password.
Step 2: If you forget the password then it will reset free of cost from customer support.
Step 3: Send the company data through wetransfer on email id support@busy.in with attached letter head of the company. After password reset, we will send back the data on same email.

Where is the data stored in BUSY? How can I locate the data directory?

 In BUSY you can store data in the local drive folder and by default the data location is Data folder where you have installed the BUSY. To locate your data directory please follow bellow steps : 
Step1: Open BUSY and click the tab Set data Directory.
Step2: From here you can check the Location path of the drive from where you are running your current data if you are able to acess the companies through Company tab.

Why am I unable to generate passwords in BUSY Software?

 For email id password generation please follow below mention steps:-
Step 1:- Login Email
Step 2:- Settings
Step 3:- All settings
Step 4:- Other google account settings
Step 5:- Securities, generate password for app select other and enter BUSY and then generate password copy and paste password in BUSY email configration.
For user password please follow below mention steps:-
Step 1:- Administration Tab
Step 2:- Users
Step 3:- Modify, select user and change password

How do I reset my Softlock password for BUSY?

 For Softlock Registration password, The customer has to click on forget password then password will get send on his registered email ID.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Company Menu
Step 2: License Management
Step 3: Get Softlock License File
Step 4: Click on Forget Password
If Email ID is not registered on UMS, then the customer has to do email with letterhead on support@busy.in for ID Change.

Why is my login to BUSY being blocked, and how can I resolve this issue?

 If you are not able to login the company its means you forget the company password.

Step 2: Attach the letter head Also
Step 3: After Company password reset we send to you on email.

Where is the data I'm processing located?

 To see your data loation in your system you can follow some steps:
Step 1: open you BUSY and click on Set data directory option in cpmpany menu.
Step 2: Now you can see the directory path where your data exist in your sysem.Just check your data at the same location in your system in form of COMP0001 folder or any from Code no.

I'm having trouble logging into BUSY. What should I do?

 You should follow below steps to logging into BUSY:
Step 1: Open the BUSY.
Step 2: Then click on open company.
Step 3: Select the desired company and mention the user name and password.
Step 4: Ensure that you have mention the correct user name and password.
Step 5: If still not able to login then kindly share your company data on support@busy.in for password restting.

How can I reset or recover my password in BUSY if I've forgotten it?

 You can recover the company login password of the BUSY from the customer support.
