If showing RTE 3709 the search key was not found in any record while entering sales return voucher, then you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Housekeeping menu then select Reindex Database option.
Step 2: Run this process and wait till the process will complete.
Step 3: After complete the process then enter then sales return voucher.
Step 4: If same issue persist then run rewrite books from the housekeeping menu.
Note: Take backup of your data before running this process.

If you are getting an error messages that is RTE 5,you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Take Backup of Your Data From Company menu 
Step 2: After Take Backup of Your Data, Go to Company menu and click on Reindex Data Option
Step 3: Now select the concern company and it will show you the prompt for latest backup you can click on option that is you can process as I have latest back up
Step 4: Now Reindex Your Data.

If you are getting an error messages that is RTE 5,you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Take Backup of Your Data From Company menu 
Step 2: After Take Backup of Your Data, Go to Company menu and click on Reindex Data Option
Step 3: Now select the concern company and it will show you the prompt for latest backup you can click on option that is you can process as I have latest back up
Step 4: Now Reindex Your Data.

To solve the RTE 1931 the windows cannot update the system file as it is protected by windows so u need to update ur system while installing BUSY.
Step 1: Open UAC an drac it down to never notify option.
Step 2: After that Go to control panel option and make sure to select time zone as IST indian standard time zone. 
Step 3: Then select region and locale as english united kingdom .
Step 4: Then restart the system again.

To resolve the error while opening the financial year in multi user mode ,please follow below steps :

When run time error 3343 showed when open company , follow the steps below:
Step 1: Firstly take backup of company ,for that go to backup data from company menu 
Step 2: Select company and mention user name password
Step 3: Select path for backup the press ok
Step 4: Now go to reindex database option from company menu
Step 5: Select the company in which error occured 
Step 6: Noe select ok and reindex all financial year present in the company

Step 1: Take Backup of Your Data From Company menu 
Step 2: After Take Backup of Your Data, Go to Company menu and click on Reindex Data Option

Step 4: Now Reindex Your Data.

If showing RTE 1002 could not locate master code while opening balance sheet, then you need to check these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Masters.
Step 2: Select Material Centre and click on Modify.
Step 3: Open all material centres and check the stock account is mentioned in them or not.
Step 4: If same issue persists then you need to run rewrite books from the housekeeping menu.
Note: Take backup of your data before making any changes.

If you are facing RTE 3043 then you need to check these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: First try to take backup and check if it is working or not.
Step 2: Check after try to copy company folder.
Step 3: If you face issue in copying data that means data is stucked in your hard drive you need unstuck with the help of hardware person.
Step 4: If have any latest backup then you can restore it and work in that.
