What should i do if facing an error message of RTE5 when trying to save the invoice in BUSY?
If you are unable to save the invoice and facing an error message of RTE5 follow below steps:
Step1: Firstly take latest backup of company and then go to house keeping menu
Step2: Then click on Reindex database option and select you can proceed as i have latest backup option and press OK
Step3: After completing the process a confirmation message will appear on the screen, after which you can proceed to create the invoice again
