To solve the RTE 13 type mismatch while importing data from excel follow below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Then Go to housekeeping menu and select reindex database option.
Step 3: After completion of the process check again by importing data.
Step 4: If still error persist then close all BUSY tab and Go to control panel and make sure set region, locale as english united kingdom.

If you encounter Run Time Error 3112 during company login, follow these steps:
Take a backup of all BUSY company data or copy the BUSY data folder.
In the Control Panel, install all old instances of BUSY.
Download the latest BUSY setup from busy.in.
After uninstalling BUSY, rename the BUSYWin folder.
Run the BUSY setup again and reinstall with a fresh folder.
These steps should help resolve the Run Time Error 3112 during the login process.

To resolve the problem of RTE 3343 while opening the company, you should follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of the company.
Step 2: Then Go to the company menu and click on reindex database.
Step 3: Select the company and run the reindex database process in all financial years one by one.
Step 4: After completing the process, open that company and check if the error is resolved or not.

If showing RTE 91 while taking backup then their might be multiple reasons 
to solve the issue follow the steps 
1 It could be possible that in data their is some junk charater of incomplete vouchers 
to resolve open company and go to house keeping menu and click on check junk 
charaters and remove junk from master and vouchers 
and remove incomplete vouchers from check incomplete voucher entries option 

If you are facing a Run Time Error 30001 when opening a company in BUSY, then you need to run the Reindex Databases process under Company tab and then check. If the same issue persists then maybe there is some corruption in the database and you may need to share the data with our support team for further investigation. 
Note: Take backup of your data before running thes process.

If showing error could not locate masters while changing financial year, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Housekeeping menu then select Reindex Database option.
Step 2: Run this process and wait till the process will complete.
Step 3: After complete the process then change financial year.
Step 4: If same issue persist then run rewrite books from the housekeeping menu.
Note: Take backup of your data before running this process.

To resolve the RTE 428 printer error while giving print from BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select configuration option.
Step 2: Then select hardware configuration option and make sure to select the correct printer.
Step 3: If still same error shows then check by giving print of pdf outside BUSY.
Step 4: If same error persist then user need to install the printer driver in the system.

To resolve the RTE 482 printer error while giving print from BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select configuration option.
Step 2: Then select hardware configuration option and make sure to select the correct printer.
Step 3: If still same error shows then check by giving print of pdf outside BUSY.
Step 4: If same error persist then user need to install the printer driver in the system.

If you encounter runtime error 3343, follow these steps:
Step 1: Backup your data in a separate folder.
Step 2: Check if the database file size is not zero KB. If it is zero KB, restore the latest backup.
Step 3: Reindex the database from the Company Menu if the database size is not zero KB.
Step 4: If an error occurs during reindexing, please share the data and necessary information with support@busy.in

getting a runtime error 5 invalid procedure call when trying to upload, then make sure
1. Install our latest version of BUSY 
2. Check in the Control Panel the language. It should be (English us). 
3. Run re-indexdata base first from outside of BUSY and then from house keeping menu 
4. If any error comes that means data is corrupted you nedd to send data for repairing on support.
