If you are facing any crashing issue in BUSY software
 Please follow the given steps to solve this issue
 Step 1) Open BUSY software
 Step 2) Click on backup data and take backup
 Step 3) Reindex database and select the company in which issue is coming
 Step 4) select here you can proceed as i have the lates backup and process it
 Step 4) Open company and check

To address this error while adding the voucher:
1.Before making any changes, ensure you have a backup of the database.
2.Execute the Reindex Database function from both inside and outside the application.

Step 1: Go to Housekeeping menu then select Reindex Database option.
Step 2: Run this process and wait till the process will complete then check.
Step 3: Check after open the same company in lower version of BUSY.
Note: Take backup of your data before making any changes.
