Step 1: Firstly take latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Then make sure you have updated the correct statutory release which is compatiable with product release.

Step 1: Take backup of that company and restore it with overwrite no.
Step 2: Check after run Reindex database from the company menu.

there is multiple reason for RTE 3265 
1.getting an error RTE 3265 then need to update your all client system relesae
2.also when showing RTE 3265 item not found in collection fort that you need to run DB1 patch file on older version of BUSY with your current data 
3.if still error not resolved then you need to send data for repairing on support

If showing RTE 3265 then it could be possible data have been corrupted in that case 
you can try Reindex database of the company from home screen of BUSY if still not 
solved then restore old backup if any or send data to support mail ID for data recovery 
purpose and its a chargeable service if their is any possibility of data recovery

2 click on reindex date and select the company and click on you

3 Click on on each financial year while ask for reindex 
4 after reindex complete open the company again

 Step 1:Take a latest backup of the company.

 Step 3:Select reindex database option and run the process.
 Note:For importing data in BUSY from other softwares is chargeable service need to consult to your local channel partner of BUSY.

Step 2: Go to housekeeping section then click on junk characters.
Step 3: Click on you can proceed as i have latest backup
Step 4: Check for both master and voucher and clear the junk characters.
Step 5: after check junk characters, check for incomplete voucher.
