To resolve the error or RTE 53 file not found while adding the voucher follow below step:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Go to housekeeping menu then select reindex database option.
Step 3: After completion of the process reprint voucher or barcode from BUSY.

To run reindex data in BUSY, you have to go in the Housekeeping menu then click on Reindex Database option. However, if any bug in software then it will not correct by the reindexing process.
We advise you to take backup of your data before running this process.

To resolve the error encountered while opening parameters in data entry, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that full permissions have been granted to the BUSYWIN folder.
2. Confirm that the book has been rewritten successfully.
3. Check the specific parameters related to data entry and ensure they are correctly configured.

To resolve the query of RTE 94 invalid use of null while opening company follow below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Then Go to company menu then select reindex database option.
Step 3: After completion of the process check again by opening company.

To resolve the error of rte 362 locked table master while open the ledger in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Go to housekeeping menu then run reindex database option.
Step 3: After completion of the process reopen the ledger again.

To resolve RTE 3079 The search key was not found in any record then follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Open the company then go to housekeeping section.
Step 3: Click on reindex data base and check after completing the process.

If you face run time error 5 while run data in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Open the company and go to housekeeping menu then select reindex database option.
Step 3: After completion of the process check the data. 

If you encounter an RTE-3265 error when opening BUSY on a client PC, follow these steps:
1. Database Reindexing
2. Re-install the BUSY with another drive
3. Allow the Data folder permission 
4. Sent Data backup: If the problem persists then send the data to support@busy.in for further assistance.

If showing RTE 3265 when run Reindex Database then you should check Incomplete Vouchers and Junk Characters and clear them from the Housekeeping menu after taking backup.
If same issue persists then need to contact to your authorized channel partner might be your data has beed corrupted.

To resolve the run time error 5 while saving voucher, follow these steps:
1: Take the latest backup of your data.
2: Go to housekeeping section then click on reindex data base.
3: Click on you can proceed as i have a latest backup and let the process complete.
