In BUSY, Housekeeping menu there are options of Check Incomplete Vouchers and Check Junk Characters to identify any issue in data. You can run Reindex Databases and Rewrite Books process to fix data erros. 
Note: Take backup of your data before running any process.

If showing RTE9 subscription out of range in one group then take backup of data first 
and run regenerate master help files if still showing error then data need to share 
with us in support mail ID with username and password for data recovery

If, in Some Party, while making Invoice RTE 457 item showing, you need to follow the below reasons:
1. Then check for incomplete vouchers.
2. Check for junk characters and re-index the database.
3. Before running this utility,
4. You need to take the latest backup of data.

To resolve the error of RTE 3021 while saving voucher follow below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Then Go to housekeeping menu then select reindex database option.
Step 3: After completion of the process recheck by saving the voucher again.

If showing RTE 52 while taking backup from BUSY agent then follow the steps 
1 Open BUSY agent configuration 
2 Click on local drive backup configuration and change a new path for taking backup 
and save 
3 then restart BUSY agent and try again

To resolve the error of RTE 5 while taking backup follow below steps:
Step 1: Change the backup path and then check.
Step 2: Give full rights to data folder then check.
Step 3: Take copy of data folder and run reindex database option from housekeeping menu.

If you are getting an error object variable and with block variable not set then you need to do the reindex database process from the Housekeeping. If still issue presists then email us at support@busy.in
