If you're facing issues opening the Item List, follow these steps:
Step1 Take a backup of your BUSY data.
Step2 After logging into the company, go to the House Keeping Menu.
Step3 Click on Regenerate Master Help File.
Step4 Once the process is complete, check if the issue is resolved.

1: Backup your data
2: Click on Re-index Database option from the Company menu
3: Choose the second option, you can proceed as I have the latest backup
4: Run the same process in all financial years and then check.

If you are getting an error code -5 while opening the particular voucher, then pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: After backup, delete the voucher and re enter it again.
 Step 2: If still same issue then do reindex database from house keeping.

In various situation we can face the run time error 9 in BUSY, There are few given reasons due to which the error occurs:
1: Data location is not correct so can check after changing the data location.
2: Check the data directroy specifed correct or not.

To resolve the error or RTE 53 file not found while adding the voucher follow below step:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Go to housekeeping menu then select reindex database option.
Step 3: After completion of the process reenter voucher in BUSY.

If you are getting RTE 3026, not enough space to the disk then you need to check the space in the drive in which BUSY is installed. Ensure that there is an adequate amount of free space on the specified drive to run data smoothly.

To resolve the error of RTE 3037 while opening the ledger follow below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Then Go to housekeeping menu then select reindex database option.
Step 3: After completion of the process recheck by opening the ledger again.
