To stop getting error prompts repeatedly, you can try the following steps:
 Step 1:Take a latest backup of the company. 
 Step 2:Go to housekeeping menu. 
 Step 3:Select reindex database option and run the process.

If company is suddenly close in BUSY, then you need reopen the company and check the last work you did in that company. Also check if the same issue occurs again and in any other company.

Please provide more details regarding the problems you are facing
after reindexing data or updating the master. Before proceeding to 
any option in the Housekeeping menu or reindexing the database 
please take a backup of the company

If showing RTE 6 while saving voucher in BUSY, then you need to check after run Reindex Database process and check junk character under the Housekeeping menu.
Note: Take backup of your data before running this process.

Step 1: Open the Master ModiFinancial Year Mode.

Step 3: After removing junk characters, Click on Save to save the master.
