Step 1: Take a Backup of BUSY Data
Step 2: Go to Housekeeping and run the Incomplate Voucher.

Step: 2 Check incomplete voucher and junk master or voucher from house keeping.

Please provide more details as what error you facing before crashing the BUSY while recording the payment voucher. However you can run Reindex Database process from the Housekeeping menu and then check.
Note: Take backup of your data before running this process.

RTE 3034 system resource exceed to resolved this isssue follow this steps
1. check your system memory and increase it. 
2. or try to installed BUSY in another system. 
3. still issue showing then need to convert from access to SQL. 

The duration of the Rewrite Books process in BUSY is not specified as it entirely depends on the data size. However, it is important to note that you cannot engage in other tasks within the company during the rewrite process.

If the RTE-3197 while opening company, you need to check the below reasons:
1. Delete the lock file and restart the computer.
2. delete the Comp Info file, then rewrite
3. Before this, make sure you have the latest backup of the data.

To solve this we need to open SQL server manager and right click on company file take it offline first and bring it again online if this process not works then we need to resolve it with data suspect query.
