Step 1: Try restarting your software.
Step 2: Restart your device.
Step 3: Go to Housekeeping menu and select the Reindex Databases option.
Step 4: Run the process and check the issue is resovle or not. If issue is not resolve, Remove the junk characters and Incomplete vouchers and try again.
Step 5: Run BUSY in administrator mode. Set compatibility, down UAC, change region setting UK and US, and give everyone rights to BUSY.
Step 6: Ensure you are using latest BUSY update. If not, Update your BUSY in latest version.
Step 7: Try reinstalling BUSY in a new fresh folder.
Step 8: If the issue persists, contact customer support for further assistance.

6. Then Go in voucher series configuration and select voucher type
7. Then select series and click on voucher configuration
8. Enable input transport detail yes and generate E-way bill after save voucher yes

If you are facing an error code 13 while uploading data through bdep in BUSY then you can check by update the BUSY release as no such issue found in updated BUSY. To update the BUSY release, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY application
Step 2: Click on Company menu then select the Check BUSY update option from it.
Step 3: Now speciFinancial Year the path to download the update setups then click on Download updates tab. Two setup files will appear in specified path.
Step 4: Afterward, go to the location where the setup file was downloaded, and install both the product and statutory setup individually in the same folder where BUSY is installed.
Step 5: After the installation, your BUSY software will be updated.
