Step 1: Close all BUSY tabs and right click on BUSY icon then select properties option.
Step 2: Tick on run this program in compatability mode and Run this program as an administration.
Step 3: click on apply and ok button.
Step 4: Open user account control in system and down the UAC and save it.
Step 5: Next, Go to control panel option and make sure to select time zone as IST Indian standard time zone
Step 6: Select region and locale as english united kingdom .

Step 1: If it shows RTE 430 so you need to install stat file for same because you are doing update release of BUSY.
Step 2: If it shows error & crashed so close BUSY then go in their BUSY icon.
Step 3: Right click on it select properties then select compatibility.
Step 4: Then select run this program as run as administrator,
Step 5: Then open UAC level via press window button on your keyboard.
Step 6: Then down UAC level & then check.

1. Check Anti Virsu and add the BUSYexe and BUSYwin folders to Anti Virsu.
2. Uninstall the BUSY application and re install.
3. Inbound and outbound rules for BUSY firewalls
4. Checked by disabling Windows Defender
5. Set the Never Notify User Control setting from the control panel option.
6. Give full permission to the BUSY Win folder.
7. Re start the system; re start the internet.
I am getting an error messages that is RTE when trying to add customers name. How do I fix this?
If you are getting an error messages that is RTE 5 when trying to add customers name,you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Take Backup of Your Data From Company menu
Step 2: After Take Backup of Your Data, Go to Company menu and click on Reindex Data Option
Step 3: Now select the concern company and it will show you the prompt for latest backup you can click on option that is you can process as I have latest back up
Step 4: Now Reindex Your Data.
