 we cant the determine which kind of bugs in BUSY but if you face with some errors in BUSY then simply follow these steps 
1. open BUSY
2. take a backup of your data
3. then click on re-index data
4. select company and run re-index utility in all F.Y

 To get a bug error in BUSY you should take a screenshot of the error and send mail to 
support@busy.in along with issue then it will be resolved in product update release within
few days if its actually exist

How long will it take for the software bug preventing TCS return generation to be fixed? I need to file the return urgently.

 The agent informed that the R&D team is already working on resolving the issue, but there is no specific timeline for when it will be fixed. Further more updates you can drop email on support@busy.in
