How do I correct the due dates in the software if they are showing incorrect defaults?

To correct the due dates in the software if they are showing incorrect in BUSY, please check then below options:
1: Go to Administration menu
2: Click on master option and press enter on modify option
3: Then check specify credit days for sale/purchase in party master & save
4: Re-enter party name on the voucher
2: Press f9 on reference window & re-enter reference details & check

I want to track budgets in the software. What are the features?

For use Budgets feature in BUSY please follow these steps:
1. Go in administration then configuration
2. Then go in Features/options then go in accounts
3. Then enable budget feature
4. Then open any expense,fixed assets and investment account and define budget
5. Then pass accounting entries according to your need
6. Then check budget variance Report from display then mis report then budget variance

How do I manage fixed assets in BUSY?

To manage fixed assets in BUSY, you need t follow these steps:
Step 1: First create fixed assets master by selecting the group as Fixed Assets and proper depreciation rate.
Step 2: For sale purchase of fixed assets you can generate Sale and Purchase voucher after creating the items for fixed assets.
Step 3: Post depreciation voucher from the Display menu then click on Depreciation chart.

Where can I configure cost centers in BUSY?

To configure Cost Centre in BUSY can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration tab on the top menu bar and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Under Configurations, select Features / Options and then click on the Accounts tab.
Step 3: Here, you will find the Cost Centres option. Just click on the checkbox to turn it on and configure it as required.

How do I create budgets and do forecasting?

To create budget and do forecasting in BUSY, you can use Budget feature. To configure it follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options and click on Accounts tab.
Step 3: Enable the option called Budgets and save changes.
Step 4: Next, when you create Direct / Indirect Expense and Fixed Assets master can define budget.

How to track sales commissions in BUSY?

Yes, We can see Salesman wise report for One, Selected and All Salesman.

The auto-adjust references option is enabled but still the reference window pops up when creating sales invoice. Why is the reference not getting auto-adjusted?

Please check the auto create reference configuration. Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu
Step 2: Click on Configuration then Click
on Features/Options
Step 3: Then press enter on Account tab and then click on Bill By Bill Configuration tab and check Auto Create/Adjust Bill reference in Sales Voucher is enabled or not, if not then enable it and check.

Unable to see the party's previous outstanding amount when creating a new sales invoice. How can I fix this?

If you want to see the party's previous outstanding balance when entering a sales voucher, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration, then click on Configuration Then click on Features & Options.
Step 2: Click on Accounts and enable Show Accounts Current Balance During Voucher Entry then save.
Step 3: Enter the voucher and now you can see all outstanding balances for the party.

How can I balance my account when the amounts match but the equivalents dont

If the amounts in your account match but the equivalents don't, it could indicate a discrepancy in the date and transaction number. Please review the transactions and verify that the correct transaction references are entered and matched.
