To change the caption of brokerage , follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu then click on Configuration option
Step 2: Now select Feature/options and click on Accounts tab

When you resave accounts in BUSY, it means that you are saving the changes made to the accounts. To regularize PDC in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Miscellaneous Data Entry.
Step 2: Select Regularize PDC option and select either One Bank or All Banks.
Step 3: Enter the date range and select the entries and click on Regularize.

It could be possible that you have selected Specify commision below option where 
you have mentioned a specific percent in the salesman or broker wise reporting option 
to change the setting select salesman or broker master wise percentage specification 
on the place of as specified below

To confirm whether the auto-create party reference is working, you can check the bill by bill reference details through clicking on the reference tab in the sales voucher. If the new reference is visible in the reference window then your auto create reference option is working.

To disable brokerage option in sales, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu then click on Configuration option
Step 2: Now select Feature/options and click on Accounts tab

Yes, you can adjust the commission payment against a pending bill in BUSY , follow the steps below to calculate :
Step 1: Go to display then commission calculation
Step 2: Select salesman and date range 
Step 3: Mention no in calculate commission on fully cleared bills only

TO maitain multiple currency follow:
 Step 1 : CLick on administration
 Step 2 : COnfiguration
 Step 3 : Features and options
 Step 4 : Account
 Step 5 : Enable multy currency
 Step 6 : Go to masters tab
 Step 5 : Add multiple currecny conversion

You can enter payment voucher with bill by bill ref by following ways:
Step 1: By transaction - payment voucher - Add voucher.
Step 2: After entering the party name bill by bill ref window will appear, you need to adjust that refrence and then save voucher.
