BUSY lets you link accounts with each other using Sub-Ledger feature. To check if the accounts are linked or not, you need to open the account master and look at the ledger type.

Yes, you can have different brokerage percentages for different items in BUSY. You can set up the commission/brokerage at the item level and specify the commission percentage or amount for each item individually.

I entered a payment/receipt voucher in BUSY but single entry mode is not getting enabled. What should I do?

Single entry mode will only be enabled if there are no dual vouchers entered in the payment or receipt. If you have already used dual entry mode, you cannot use single entry mode.

You can run query on Bill Reference By using shortcut key ctrl+q then go in query on Bill Reference and mention Bill Reference number it show all detail Related to bill Reference
