To tag a image of invoices with the relevant TDS entry need to follow these steps:
Step:1 Go to administration and then select configuration from it.
Step:2 Then select accounts or inventory feature according to the need in which voucher you want to tag image.
Step:3 Then select the option of maintain image notes with masters and vouchers.
Step:4 And Click on the option maintain images with vouchers.
Step:5 After that Go to administration and select configuration from it.
Step:6 Then select voucher series cofiguration and select the relevant series from it.
Step:7 And then navigate to the voucher configuration option and select the option of voucher image folder and give the path of folder where voucher images are stored and make sure to have the image name as the voucher number of invoice in the BUSY.

How do I enter separate billing and shipping addresses for a party?

If you want to enter billing and shipping addresses of party in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company, then go to the Administration tab and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options and then click on the Accounts tab. Here, you will find the Maintain Multiple Account Aliases option. Just click on the checkbox to turn it on.
Step 3: Now, click on the configure button and mark the checkbox that says Specify Different Address Details with Multiple Alias. This will allow you to enter different addresses for the same account.
Step 4: Now, open your account master and look for the Multiple Aliases window. In this window, you can enter the shipping address with alias and save it.
Step 5: This address can be picked in the billing shipping window during voucher entry.

How do I handle accounting for international/multi-currency transactions in BUSY?

With BUSY’s Multi-currency feature, you can easily handle your international business by managing and transacting in multiple currencies.
To enable this feature can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company, then, go to the Administration tab and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options and then click on the Accounts tab. Here, you will find the Multi Currency option. Just click on the checkbox to turn it on.
Step 3: You can create accounts and set Y on Multi Currency.
Step 4: You can record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and other vouchers in any currency and convert them to your base currency automatically according to the conversion rate.
Step 5: You can view and print reports and statements in any currencies.
Step 6: You can also track forex gain or loss due to currency differences & exchange rate fluctuations.

What is the process for interest calculation in BUSY?

There are the process for interest calculation in BUSY:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu
Step 2: Click on Configuration
Step 3: Then click on Feature and option
Step 4: Then click on Accounts feature
Step 5: Then Tick on the option of Account wise Interes Rate and click on save button
Step 6: Then go to masters option from admintsration menu
Step 7: Then click on Account option
Step 8: Then click on Modify button
Step 9: Then open account master in modify mode and specify Interest rate receivalable and payable as per your need
Step 10: Then click on save button to save the master

Are there any options to enter two addresses in the same master in BUSY Accounting software?

Yes, there is an option to enter two addresses in the same master in BUSY software.
Follow these steps to specify two or more addresses in same account master:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then click on configuration submenu
Step 2: Then click on features and options and click on accounts tab
Step 3: Afterwards tick the checkbox of maintain multiple account aliases option and click on configure button availble at his right
Step 4: Then tick the checkbox of specify different address details with multiple alias
Step 5: Click on ok button then save the changes
Step 6: After that go to administration menu and click on masters then click on accounts
Step 7: Open the account from modify or list then click on multiple alias available at the bottom
Step 8: After that you can specify the multiple addresses with alias

How do I update the percentage or lump sum values for Brokerage/Commision in BUSY?

To update brokerage / commissions in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Administration tab and click on configuration.
Step 2: Under Configurations, select Features / Options and then click on the Accounts tab. Here, you will find the Salesman/Broker-wise Reporting option. Just click on the checkbox to turn it on.
Step 3: Set ‘Y’ on the "Specify Default Commission / Brokerage” option under the Salesman / Broker configuration tab.
Step 4: Select the option for commission from the following choices: Salesman / Broker Master, Party/Item Master, or As Specified Below.
Step 5: Enter the percentage or lump sum value for the commission in the Salesman Master or Party/Item Master. Alternatively, you can update it in the configuration window after selecting As Specified Below.

. How do I set up and enable credit limits for parties/customers in BUSY?

If you want to set up credit limit for customer/parties, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: First, you need to enable the credit limit feature by going to the Administration tab on the top menu bar and clicking on Configurations.
Step 2: Under Configurations, select Features / Options and then click on the Accounts tab. Here, you will find the Credit Limit option. Just click on the checkbox to turn it on and save.
Step 3: Now go back to Administration tab and click on Masters.
Step 4: Under Masters, select Account and then click on Modify. This will open a list of your accounts that you can choose from.
Step 5: Select the account that you want to set up a credit limit and when you resave that a window appears for credit limit you can mention there.

How to adjust UPI payments received and reconcile bank accounts in BUSY?

To reconcile your bank accounts in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: First turn on the Bank Reconciliation feature by using the below steps:
(i) Go to Administration
(ii)Configurations
(iii)Feature/Options
(iv)Accounts.
(v)Here, you can check the box next to Bank Reconciliation
and save.
Step 2: To Reconcile your bank entries follow these steps:
(i) Go to Display tab.
(ii) Select "Bank Reconciliation" option and click on
"Show Uncleared Entries".
(iii) Select your bank account and date range.
(iv) To clear an entry from the report find the entry that you want to
clear. Press F4 on your keyboard to open the clearing window
enter the clearing date as per the statement and click on the OK button.
If you received payment through UPI you can record in receipt voucher like you record other bank transactions.

How to set up and manage sales commissions in BUSY?

1.To Setup and manage the Sales commissions in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration section then click on Configuration menu
Step 2: Select features/options and then select accounts tab
Step 3: Enable Salesman/Broker wise reporting and save the configuration.
2.To create the Broker master, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on master menu
Step 2: select broker option and click on Add tab to create the broker master.
3.To post broker wise sale or purchase , follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to transaction then select sales or purchase voucher as per requirement.
Step 2: Now click on add and Specify the required field for data entry
Step 3: Before saving the voucher, a broker window will appear where you can specify broker master and then save the invoice
4.You can check Commission calculation report from Display section.

Can I enter two different addresses for a customer with the same GST number in one party master?

Yes, through multi aliases you can enter two different addresses for a customer with the same GST number in one party master in BUSY.
Please follow the steps belwo:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Click on configuration
Step 3: Features/options and then click on Account Tab
Step 4: Then click on maintain multiple account aliases option & also tick specify different address with multiple alias from multiple aliases configuration & save it and press esc button
Step 5: Then click on master option of administration menu
Step 6: Click on Accounts option & then click on add / modify option
Step 7: After pressing enter on alias field then you will received multiple aliases window to enter separate address with multiple aliases of a party and then on same window you can enter different address of a party.
