Blockedge and Webtel are companies offering digital signature software. To use their services, contact a dealer or solution partner, and it's chargeable. If you have an active BLS subscription, you can use BUSY as a digital signature software alternative without the need for Blockedge or Webtel.

To update the add-in booter/configuration in BUSY and get your signatures working properly again, you need to go to Administration, Configuration, Feature and Options, General Feature, and select Applied Digital Signature. Then, search in BUSY and there will be an automatic name of your signature.

Some common mistakes that can cause signature issues in BUSY PDF exports include not attaching a valid DSC dongle to the computer's USB port, not enabling the option to apply a digital signature, and not properly configuring the settings for the digital signature placement.

If you don't have the PIN for your digital signature dongle, you should contact the provider or manufacturer of the dongle for assistance. They will be able to guide you on how to retrieve or reset the PIN for your specific dongle model.
