There is no way to recover the password used to protect your digital signature. You will need to delete your digital signature and load in a new one.

No, you cannot share your digital signature with other users. The digital signature dongle needs to be installed on the system from which invoice withdrawal is done. Sharing of digital signature is not possible across systems.

To avoid DSC signature removal:
1.Export the PDF with the DSC signature.
2.Send it as an attachment, instead of copying and pasting into the email or WhatsApp message.
3.Use Adobe Reader to validate the digital signature before sending.
