To get a digital signature certificate made, you need to contact a Certifying Authority (CA) or a licensed vendor who provides digital signature certificates. They will guide you through the process and requirements for obtaining a digital signature certificate. You will need to provide necessary documents and complete the application process as per the CA's guidelines.

Please check that you have entered the correct PIN code for your digital signature dongle in BUSY. You can also check with the same pin in the DSC application if it is working or not. If same issue then you can reinstall the BUSY and check.
Note: Take backup of your data before uninstalling the software.

Yes, BUSY allows applying digital signatures using eSign services. To configure it, you need to connect the digital signature token to the computer and open the BUSY software. Then, go to the Digital Signature tab and select the signature. Make sure to check the preferences to not show the signature preview but only export it.

To set up digital signatures in BUSY, you need to attach a valid DSC dongle to your computer's USB port. From BUSY 21 release 7.0 onwards, no third-party software is required.
