To validate a digital signature in BUSY after signing a document, you need to click on the "Validate Signature" button. This step ensures that the signature is verified and valid.

It is possible that the signature validation window is still open and covering the export or other buttons. Try closing the validation window to see if the buttons appear.

BUSY supports three DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) providers.
They are:
1.BUSY itself (BUSY provides DSC services).
2.Blockedge.
3.Webtel.
So, if you need DSC services in BUSY, you can choose from BUSY, Blockedge, or Webtel.

No, A digital signature is created using a digital signature certificate (DSC) that contains also date & time, while a scanned signature is an image of a handwritten signature.

BUSY offers the feature to apply digital signatures to invoices and other documents. However, there is no specific information available about any other digital signature features offered by BUSY.

No, There is no way to test the digital signature after completing all the configurations. You have to export invoices or documents to check if it works properly.

Digital Signature in not necessary for BUSY Software . We can do invoices without siganture. Its depend on you whether want to apply it or not for invoices.
