How can I define the TDS in employee master?

To define the TDS in employee master, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: First you need to enable TDS option in payroll by going to administration menu then select configuration sub menu.
Step 2: Select feature and options and click on enterprise features tab.
Step 3: Click on configuration button next to the payroll feature and after opening it tick on enable TDS on salary option then save.
Step 4: Now, go back to administration menu then select masters option.
Step 5: Select employee option then click on modify and select the employee name.
Step 6: After opening it click on TDS details button then specify the TDS amount month wise and save.
Step 7: Now, when you create salary calculation voucher TDS automatically deduct.

How can I Create my additional branches on BUSY?

To add additional Branch make sure that your BUSY Model Belongs to Enterprise Model and if you are not using Enterprise model the you have to create new company for branch but you have same model so you can follow these steps-
Step 1- Go to Administration and configuration
Step 2- After click on configuration click on Feature and Option
Step 3 Select Enterprise Option and Click on Option 'Enable Multi Branch Details'
Step 4- After enabalement click on Branch Details Option and click on Add Branch master option
Step 5- Enter branch name along with enable another options as per your requirements and with seperate GST and VAT configuration.
with this feature you can maintain multiple branch in one company.

Where can I see and approve pending vouchers in BUSY?

You can see and approve pending vouchers in the "To be approved" section in BUSY.: Step 1 :Go to the "Administration" menu, and then select "Miscellaneous Data Entry." Within this menu, you should see an option for "Approve Vouchers / Masters." Step 2 :When you select the "Approve Vouchers / Masters" option, a message box appears with two choices: "Vouchers" and "Masters." Step 3 : If you choose the "Vouchers" option, it means you want to approve voucher entries. After selecting this option, a "Voucher Approval Details" window appears with the following options: Select Voucher Types: Choose the voucher types you want to approve from a list of available types. Voucher Series: Select the desired voucher series.

What is the process for updating the software when we open a new branch in a different state?

To update the software, when we open a new branch in a different state, you need to follow the below steps:
If you have the Enterprise version, then you do not need to update the software; you just need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: To configure it, Go to Administration, then select Configuration, then select Features & Options, then select the Enterprises features.
Step 2: Enable multi-branch details as yes, then click on branch details, and then you have the option to add the new branch.
Step 3: Put the relevant information and create the branch in a different state.
If you don't have the Enterprise version, then you don't need to update the software in the Enterprise version.

How can i use payroll feature in BUSY?

If you want to use payroll feature in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on configuration button
Step 3: Then click on features and option button
Step 4: Then click on enterprises features tab
Step 5: Then select enable payroll feature as Y to enable it
Step 6: Afterwards click on configuration button available at the right side of the payroll feature
Step 7: Then configure it as required and save the changes
Step 8: Then go to administration menu again
Step 9: Then go to masters and then you can create employee its group and configure its salary component
Step 10: Then you can create the salary calculation voucher from transactions menu

I need to link multiple business locations to one BUSY account. Is there a way to do this?

Yes you can maintain multiple location accounting in BUSY 
to link multiple location you must have enterprise model in BUSY and have to create
branches for multiple locations .
to create branches follow the steps
Step1 go to administration menu and click configuration then click on feature option
Step2 click on enterprise feature and enable multi branch details
Step3 then click on branch details and click on add branches master
Step4 enable create voucher series group user and MC for branches
fill the address deatils of each branch enable configure gst details Y and configure
each location or branches gst number if any then click save

Display issues, creating branches, and sharing data?

If you want to create branches and synchronize the data from Branch to Head office, please follow the given steps
Step 1 Go on administration
Step 2 Click on configuration
Step 3 Click on feature options
Step 4 Click on Enterprise features
Step 5 Enable multibranch details and click on BRANCH DETAILS
Step 6 Click on ADD BRANCH MASTER and create branch from here
Step 7 Enable HO BO data sync. then select Head office and click on configuration
Step 8 Select here branch then enable data sync for this branch
Step 9 Set here data synchronization rights and configuration
Step 10 After this setting, do read HO configuration from branch company
