Step 1: Click on administration and then configuration
Step 2: Then Features and Options and choose the enterprise then enable the payroll feature
Step 3: Click on payroll configuration button and select the salary mode as per your requirement. after that enable the maintain accounting with payroll if required then save it.
Step 4: Go to administration and then masters
Step 5: Then employee and add by entering the employee details then click on salary structure tab, after that mention the salary component with effect from date then Specify the payment mode and save it.
Step 6: Again click on administration then configuration and vouche series configuration, select the salary calculation then required series and voucher configuration.
Step 7: Click on configure salary component tab and mention it sequence wise salary component and save it.
Step 8: Go to transactions and then salary calculation,click on add after that enter the type as salary and other required details. then press the downarrow key and click on pick employee manual then select it employee from the dropdown and save it.

 You can use enquiry management and payroll within BUSY , for Ecommerce have to import excel file with details of all transaction of e commerce.
To use enquiry management , follow the step below:
Step 1: Go to Administration then Configuration and select Features / Options
Step 2: Now click on Enquiry / Support Management tab.
Step 3: Now tick the options in this group as per your requirement.
Step 4: Then go to masters and Create Contact Group, Contact and Executive masters.
Step 5: Now go to transaction and Add Call Receipt voucher in which you need to enter details such as date & time on which call is received, category of support call, executive who is handling the call.
To use payroll In BUSY , follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration then Configuration and select Features / Options
Step 2: Now click on Enterprise Features tab.
Step 3: Now a Configure button appears on clicking which you can configure various Payroll features as per your requirement.
Step 4: Then go to masters and Create Employee, Employee Group and Salary Component master.
Step 5: Now go to transaction and add salary calculation voucher

I need to process payroll for my employees. Why can't I find the "Run Payroll" option? How do I run payroll in this software?

 To use payroll feature in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration
Step 2: Click on configuration then features/options
Step 3: Then go to enterprise features
Step 4: Then mention Y in enable payroll
Step 5: Click on configuraion tab after enable payroll
Step 6: Then enable feature in configuration tab according to your need
Step 7: After this go to administration then masters
Step 8: Go to salary component and add compnents if any component not present as per requirement
Step 9: Then go to employee and add
Step 10: Mention details of employee , mode of payment and mention salary structure of employee
Step 11: Go to configuration then voucher series configuration and select salary calculation
Step 12: Then go to voucher configuration and configure salary components according to salary structure mentioned in employee master and save
Step 13: Then go to transaction
Step 14: Select salary calculation then add voucher.
Step 15: Mention date , Type of transaction , month and mode of payment
Step 16: Select employees and Number of days they work then save voucher

How to manage payroll and generate salary slips for employees?

 1.To configure Payroll feature in BUSY , follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration section then click on Configuration menu
Step 2: Choose the features and option then select the enterprise feature and enable Payroll from It.
Step 3: After enable payroll feature, click on configuration tab and configure the payroll feature then save the window.
Step 4: Now, Again go to Administration section then click on Configuration menu
Step 5: Choose the features and option then click on voucher series configuration and then select the salary calculation with its series.
Step 5: Afterward, choose the voucher configuration then click on salary compenents and save the tab after configure it.
2.To Create the employee master in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on master menu
Step 2: Select the employee master and click on add tab
Step 3: Now, Create the employee and configure the payment mode and salary structure in it then save the master.
3.To create the salary slip in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to transaction then click on salary calculation and select add option.
Step 2: After create the salary voucher, you can print salary slip from BUSY.
