You need to create separate material centers for each branch and pass the stock transfer entry from the head office to the branch or between branches. It is important to ensure that the voucher series for stock transfers is tagged in both the head office and branch to record the transfer properly.

How can I enable the feature of instrument type for giving salaries through the bank?

To maintain the bank instrument details in BUSY then you need to follow the below steps.
Step 1: Click on administration then configuration
Step 2: Then features and options and then choose the account tab, here enable the option maintain bank instrument details and save it.
Step 3: While adding any accounting voucher now you will get instrument details column. It will work while choosing bank account in the transaction.

What all service/installation related information can I capture in BUSY along with sales orders?

Yes,there is an option to disable synchronization of data between branch but you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to the administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Now click on Feature and option and then select Enterprise Features.
Step 3: Now Check the option of Enable HO Bo data sync and click on its configuration.
Step 4: Now specify Not Required in Enable Auto Data Sync option.

Frequency of data sync between head office and branches?

Step 4: Enterprises
Step 5: Enable the Master Voucher Approval Option
Step 6: Select the Voucher Type Purchase Order and Series then give rights as per your requirement.
Step 7: Can Approve voucher from F4 from Voucher Approval report Under Display Menu.

We can maintain multiple brances for Same and Different Location. Pls Follow the Below Steps :

Step 4: Enterprise Features
Step 5: Enable Multi Branch Details
Step 6: Create Branch and Mention the required details that for which user want to allow this branch and for which voucher series, Master series group etc.
Note : Do this process after the Data Backup.

calculate salary for an employee who worked partial days or hours in a month in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1. Go to Transaction.
Step 2. Select Salary Calculation.
Step 3. Choose Add to input the salary details for the desired month.
Step 4. After saving the voucher, the software will prompt you to print the salary slip.
Step 5. If you select Yes, the salary slip will be printed.

How can I customize approval workflows in BUSY?

To customize the approval flow, you'll need to clear all pending vouchers awaiting approval. Afterward, follow these steps for configuring voucher approval settings in the Enterprise Features:
