Where can I see the audit trail reports in BUSY?
To view report of Audit Trail please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu
Step 2: Click on Check list
Step 3: In dropdown, select Audit trail
Step 4: Select the user name from whom you want to view report, and select the ADD, MODIFY or DELETE checkbox
Step 5: Specify date range and click OK button
Can I customize the name of a voucher type? How?
Yes, you can customize the name of a voucher type in BUSY. To do so follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select features and options and select the General tab.
Step 3: Enable the "Change Voucher Type Caption" option, specify the new caption, and save the configuration to view the effect.
I think someone has deleted some vouchers in the middle of a series. How can I check if any vouchers are missing?
Audit Trail is Used to check the details of Users who has done for masters and transaction related to addition, modification, deletion.

My audit trail does not show a receipt entry I passed recently. Why is it not showing up?
It's possible that if you've just passed a receipt entry and it's not showing in the audit trail in
BUSY, it may be because you enabled the Audit Trail option after entering the voucher.
This option starts to show all transactions that have been added, modified, or deleted from
the point of enabling it, and not before that.
What kinds of audit trails or logs does the system keep for posted transactions and vouchers?
In BUSY if you want to maintain data of your user logs like - enter transaction, master creation, deletion , modification etc, you can open feature in BUSY by following ways:
Step: 1 Go to administration.
Step: 2 Then feature - general tab - enable maintain audit trail.
Step: 3 Can check report by display - checklist - audit trail.
Why does the BUSY showing no image in place of signature in sales invoice?
If no image is showing in place of signature image in sales invoice printing then check the possible reason:
1. Make sure that signature images must be in jpeg, bitmap or png form.
2. Signature image should be exist in defined folder with the name of company username.
3. Ensure that correct folder is defined for user signature in BUSY.

How can delete BDEP ID in BUSY.
If you created BDEP ID and want to delete it you may follow give steps:
Step: 1 Go to administration.
Step: 2 Then go to feature.
Step: 3 Under feature tab go to general.
Step: 4 Then go to Enable BDEP exchange plateform feature configure tab.
Step: 5 Press Delete ID tab.
Step: 6 Do enter BDEP ID and Password and delete Id.
