Step 1: Go to the Display menu
Step 2: Click on Check list
Step 3: In dropdown, select Audit trail
Step 4: Select the user name from whom you want to view report
Step 5: Specify date range and click OK button

It can be difficult to tell if someone has intentionally modified masters in BUSY or if it is a system issue causing it. However, checking the audit trail and user logs can help identify who made the changes and when they were made or also can check the old backup if made any changes

Yes, you can change the name of Sales Order in BUSY. To do this, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then configuration.
Step 2: Click on features and options select general tab.
Step 3: Enable change voucher type caption as Y now change the name of sale order as needed and click on save button.

Step 3: Now, you can select high or moderate or not required for intelligent seach in masters drop down list and save the configuration.

I think some of my purchase entries are missing how can I check if there is a problem?

For checking any changes within BUSY you can enable an audit trail through which you can track the changes that have been done by any user further voucher is not being missed automatically I will recommend that If you have the latest backup so you can restore it and check from there.

How do I enable the feature of End of List?

If you want to enable end of list in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then click on configuration submenu
Step 2: Click on features and options and select general tab
Step 3: Select end of list in master drop down list as Y to enable it
