How to change the Invoice signatory name and details in BUSY?

 To change the invoice signatory name in BUSY :
Step 1: Go To Administration Menu
Step 2: Click on Configuration
Step 3: Then click on Feature and Option
Step 4: Then click on General Feature
Step 5: Then Enable Maintain Image and Signature with user as Y
Step 6: Then click on configuration box and tick on the check box of maintain signature image with user
Step 7: Then specify the path of the image and click on OK button then save the configuration by click on save button
Step 8: Then Click on Configuration option from Administartion Menu
Step 9: Then click on Invoice/Document printing option
Step 10: Then click on Standard otpion
Step 11: Then enable Print user signature as Y and save the configuration by click on save button

I want to create notes with items in BUSY how can i do this?

 If you want to create notes with items in BUSY software please follow given below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on configuration
Step 3: Then click on features and option
Step 4: Then click on inventory tab
Step 5: Then tick the Maintain image/notes with masters/vouchers to enable it
Step 6: Afterwards tick the maintain notes with item master and show item notes in data entry option if required
Step 7: Afterwards click on ok button and save the window
Step 8: Then go to administration menu
Step 9: Go to masters then select item
Step 10: Then select the item from modify or list button and open it
Step 11: Then click on notes button at the bottom
Step 12: After that you can specify the notes for that item master

How do I save a customized sales report format in BUSY so I can use it for multiple companies

 To configure the customized sales report format in BUSY, you have two settings available
Custom Column Configuration:
1. View the default report under the "Displaysection.
2. Click on "Custom Column."
3. Add the format with a name.
4. Include the necessary fields and adjust other settings.
5. Save your changes.
6. Your Custom Column report is now created and ready to view.
Columnar Registers Configuration:
1. Go to "Administration."
2. Select "Configuration."
3. Choose "Columnar Reports."
4. Create the report with a format name.
5. Configure the body components.
6. Save your changes.
Afterward, you can take a backup and restore it to another company by following these steps:
1. Go to "Administration."
2. Click on "Configuration."
3. Choose "Columnar Reports."
4. Select the format.
5. Use "Copy to Diskto create a backup.
6. Use "Copy from Diskto restore the backup to another company."

Where can I find the option to maintain image signature in the software?

 For maintain signature in BUSY there is an option for maintain signature for user and to enable it you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration and then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Now click on feature and Options and then select the General Tab.
Step 3: Now enable the feature of Maintain Image and Signature with User and you can search it from F3 shortcut key.
Step 4: Now click on configure option and tick on Maintain signature image with User option.
Step 5: Now give the signature folder path where signature image exist in system and make sure image name should be from User name from which you login your company.
Step 6: Now Click on OK option and save the general tab

 Yes we provide audit support in BUSY we have inbuild option to audit your vouchers to enabled voucher audit option follow these steps 
1. go to the configuration under administration menu
2. open features and option and click on general tab
3. there you can find voucher auditing option click on configuration option
4. select voucher type , voucher series and user who can audit voucher and save it
5. after that go to the check list option under display menu
6. there you can find voucher audit report
7. select unaudited vouchers option
8. then select voucher type which is you want to audited
9. select date range and open report
10. all list will be show you can click f4 to process for audit voucher .

How to setup reminders for follow-up in BUSY?

 To set up reminders for follow-up in BUSY, you can use the Notes Manager feature. To set it up you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options and click on General tab.
Step 3: Here you will see an option called Enable Notes Manager, set Y to turn it on and save.
Step 4: Next, go to Administration menu and click on Utilities.
Step 5: Select Notes Manager and press ALT+F3 to create category, you can create it as Follow up.
Step 6: Press F3 to create notes and can specify the deadline and set reminder.

How to add reminders for collections in BUSY?

 To setup reminder for collections in BUSY, you can user notes manager feature. Once can set reminders for the tasks to be done or can set the deadline date & time for the tasks in the Notes Manager. 
To enable and manage the notes manager feature, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on Configuration menu
Step 2: Choose features/option menu then Click on General Tab
Step 3: Enable Notes manager feature and save the configuration.
Step 4: Now, Again Go to administration section then click on Utilities.
Step 5: Select the notes manager option
Step 6: Press F3 function key to Add notes , specify the Deadlines and press on Ok tab to save the notes.

Are BUSY digital signatures legally valid?

 Digital signature with BUSY is completely valid and legal.To configure digital signatures in BUSY, please follow below steps:
Step 1: Connect a valid DSC dongle to your computer's USB port.
Step 2: Run the setup of the DSC dongle installation wizard and click the "Install" button.
Step 3: Open BUSY and go to the company for which you want to configure the digital signature.
Step 4: Go to the Administration tab, Configuration, Feature Options, and then the General tab.
Step 5: Enable the option "Apply Digital Signatures in Invoice Document", specify vendor name as BUSY
Step 6: Mention Digital signature certificate and its password, click "Save".
Step 7: Save the General Tab configuration also
Now, you have successfully setup and configured digital signatures in BUSY.

Can I use Hindi language input tool in BUSY.Does it is supported in BUSY?

 If you wants to use second language like hindi in BUSY,you need to first download and install hindi google input tool online from browser like chrome.Then after installing it,open BUSY software in your system and follow these steps
Step 1 Open your company
Step 2 Go to administartion and then configuration
Step 3 Select feature/options and Select GENERAL tab
Step 4 Now enable second language support option as at right side of general tab options
Step 5 In specify language,select hindi as it will pick if input tool for hindi is installed and then save the changes
Step 6 Now second language hindi will be configured in your company and it can be used while on invoice printing also
