How far back does the audit log go in BUSY?
BUSY have a feature of Audit Trail, which ensure to keep a log of addition, modification and deletion of data entry and masters. To activate this, follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the administration menu, Click Configuration
Step 2: Click feature/option, Select General tab.
Step 3: Enable Audit Trail option, it will keep record from the moment option is enabled
Step 4: To check report, go to Display menu, click on check list option
Step 5: In dropdown option, select Audit Trail, define date and view report
In report you will get to know the details for action like addition, deletion and modification

I want to track modifications done by a particular user in BUSY. How can I do that?

Can I configure BDEP id in BUSY?
Yes,you can configure BDEP id in BUSY.Actually it is BUSY data exchange platform through which you can exchange data within BUSY companies and uplaod on BUSY servers.To configure it in these steps
Step 1 Open your company
Step 2 Go to administartion and then configuration
Step 3 Select feature/options and Select GENERAL tab
Step 4 Now enable BUSY data exchange platform 'BDEP' option and click on configuration
Step 5 Now you can create new id and enter details like unique bdep user name,password and company details
Step 6 Now save the configuration and then save the bdep configuration and main general tab
The icons in the BUSY application are suddenly very large. How do I fix this?
If your BUSY screen show so large,you are recommneded to check by setting system's resolution.
In case display settings changes and if you are not able to see full screen in BUSY as some options are hiding in vouchers and reports,then you have to set your system screen resolution as screen resolution may vary to systems and you can set it in which you get proper view for BUSY,for example display resolution should 1366 into 768 and scale factor to 100%.Further you can check in your system resolution settings and then again reopn BUSY to check impact
Can I see who viewed or accessed a record without modifying it?
If you wants to check or view changes made in records in BUSY,you need to enable audit trail option from general tab and then in display follow these options
Step 1 Go to display
Step 2 Then go to check list and select audit trail
Step 3 Now select user for which wants to check records,then select details to be shown accounts,inventory day book,other vouchers or master details etc.and entries to be shown as added,modified etc.
Step 4 And now select entry date range and then load the report
Step 5 Now you can check changes made in records in BUSY.
How can i track the modifications done in my company?
You can track the report of modifications done in your company by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then click on configuration submenu
Step 2: Then click on features and options after that click on general tab
Step 3: Make sure user activity log option is selected as Y to enable it then save the changes
Step 4: Afterwards go to display menu and then click on check list submenu
Step 5: Afterwards open the user activity log
Step 6: In this report you can check configurations done in your company and track which user have done it
How do I configure alerts and notifications in BUSY?
To configure alerts and notifications in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: First you need to install BUSY BNS app you mobile app and register it your mobile no.
Step 2: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 3: Select Features / Options then click on General tab.
Step 4: Set Y on Enable Event Notification and click on Configuration.
Step 5: Enter your mobile no. which you have register on BUSY BNS.
Step 6: Next, you can mention Event, Condition and Users and save.
Now the condition will fulfiled then you will receive notification on BUSY BNS application.
Why am I getting an error that the mobile app feature is not available?
If you are receiving an error like Mobile App feature is not available then these are the below steps to be checked :
Step 1: Go to Administration menu
Step 2: click on Configuration option
Step 3: Then click on Feature and option
Step 4: Then click on General feature
Step 5: Then Make sure to enable BUSY Data Exchange Platform (BDEP) as Y
Step 6: Then enable BUSY Mobile App as Y and select through cloud sync
Step 7: Then click on save button
Step 8: Then You can bulk upload your data from BUSY.
