I shifted to a new location. How do I update the address for my branch on BUSY?

To Update the Branch address in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login your company with admin username and password.
Step 2: Go to Administration section then click on Configuration menu
Step 3: Select features/option then choose enterprises features.
Step 4: Click on the Branch Details button displayed on the right side to enable the Multi Branch Details option.
Step 5: Select the required branch and specify the address and then save the configuration.

The software isn't syncing even though my static IP address is working. Any tips?

Please verify whether port 1433 is open, and if it is closed, attempt to open it. Additionally, consider port forwarding and reopening port 1433. Furthermore, examine the following information for the synchronization process:
1. SQL Server Information must be correctly entered in the branch office configuration tab.
2. Check Company information for Data Synch is correctly entered in the Branch office.
3. Check any error messages displayed during the data synchronization process.

What are the requirements for synchronizing data between Head Offce and Branch Office?

The requirements for synchronizing data between the Head Office(HO) and Branch Office(BO) are mentioned below:
1. Head Office should be in SQL Database.
2. Stable internet connection between both HO & BO.
3. If Head Office located on different location then static IP required and necessary port should be open on the internet router.
4. Both HO & BO company configurations should be same.
5. Ensure that on both system same BUSY version installed.

To merge data from different locations in BUSY, you need to maintain HO-BO features and then merge the location data. To use Ho- Bo in BUSY follow these steps:
Step 1: Need enterprise feature.
Step 2: Go to administration and then click on configuration.
Step 3: Select features and options and go to enterprise features.
Step 4: Enable Multi branches and HO-BO sync. And Sync data from BO to HO from different locations.

When I try to update inventory quantities for my branches, I get a runtime error. What is causing this and how can I resolve it?

When try to update inventory quantities for branches, get a runtime error, so first of all there is multiple runtime errors and also multiple way to update inventory quantity for branches in BUSY, like you can update quantity as opening stock in item master , also you can update quantity through purchase invoice , stock general entry , material received entry or import stock inventory through the excel.

My GST input credit is showing combined for all branches. How do I record and view GST input credit separately for each branch?

GST input credit is showing combined for all branches. to record and view GST input credit separately for each branch follow the below steps 
1. go to the GST reports under display menu
2. open GST summaries
3. view report with voucher series group wise separately
4. mentioned relevant dates and open report
5. there you can see branch wise report because voucher series is tagged with branch wise.

I'm having trouble syncing data from head office. What could be causing this?

If any issue coming during synchronization data between HO and BO, please follow the given steps
Step 1 Go on administration
Step 2 Click on configuration
Step 3 Click on feature options
Step 4 Enterprise features
Step 5 Enable HO BO data sync. options
Step 6 Click on configuration and check data synchronization is enabled or not
Step 7 Check here which voucher are selected for synchronization

How do I record expenses that span across different branches in BUSY?

For doing branch wise expenses bifurcation, We need to tagg voucher series group in the branch master.
so that we can check all expenses entries separately in its series. Follow the below steps for creating
voucher series group and tagging series in it.
Step 1: Ciick on Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Voucher series configurtion
Step 4: Add voucher series
Step 5: Providing name of voucher series and then select all series location wise.
