I tagged a user to a specific branch in BUSY but they are still able to access data from the head office. What am I doing wrong?

 Some details are need to verify. Here are the steps , please follow : 
Step 1:Administration
Step 2:Configuration
Step 3: Features & options
Step 4: Enterprise
Step 5: Now enable HO/BO data sync option and select its status as Breach Office
Step 6: Now click on configuration button
Step 7:Mention Ho server info as per the HO.
Step 8: Mention Bo details (company information)
Step 9: Then click on read head office configuration
Step 10:Now click on read head office configuration.
In HO-BO data sync we can check below step for checking connectivity:
Step1. Check the static ip is connecting to the client machine or not.
for checking it you can type static ip of HO in BO's run command. By typing
e.g. Ping (Static IP) -t . If it connects then data will sync with HO.
Step 2.Check open port status: Here you need to check port status from google chrome.
1433 port should open in your static ip.
Step 3. Ensure that the network connection between the head office and branch office is
stable and reliable, with sufficient bandwidth to handle the data synchronization.
Step 4. Can create inbount and outbound rules in the firewall of HO and BO.

How do I set up data synchronization between more than two offices or branches in BUSY?

 For data setup in 2 location we need to create HO and BO. and both need to be confiure.
"Multibranch option in BUSY for maintaining the same we need Enterprise edition.
In this we can maintain different location wise data for every branch. And then after doing transaction we can check reports as per location wise.
Follow Below Steps(HO)
Step 1:- Administration
Step 2:- Configuration
Step 3:- Features & options
Step 4:- Enterprise
Step 5:- Enable multi branch option
Step 6:- Provide name of Branch
Step 7:- Enbale option Material centre/Voucher series and User. It will auto create all three things and will tagg the same in branch.
Step 8:- Now enable HO/BO data sync option and select its status as Head Office
Note: HO's License must be run on EC model.

How can I ensure data privacy and compliance while using BUSY for multi-branch operations?

 To protect your BUSY & Data from loss or damage, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Install and update an antivirus software on your system that can scan and remove any suspicious or malicious activities that might harm your data.
Step 2: Set the permissions for your drives and data folder so that only you or authorized users can access, modify, or delete them. You can use the Windows security settings or a third-party software to do this.
Step 3: In BUSY, create a strong username and password for your data that is hard to guess or crack. Do not share your Super or Admin credentials with anyone else. Create sub-users and assign them limited rights according to their roles and responsibilities.
Step 4: Backup your data regularly, either manually or automatically, to a safe location such as a hard disk, a pen drive,etc. You can use the "BUSY Agent" application, which allows you to store your backup files on Google Drive as well.
Step 5: Update your software regularly and remove old setups from control panel.
