Some of my sales vouchers are not reflecting in the stock of my branch. What could be the issue?
Some of sales vouchers are not reflecting in the stock of branch to resolved that issue, while enter transaction of sales make sure you select correct branch or your material center tagged with that branch if not then tagged material center with branch.
What could be the reason if a branch report is not displaying in the head office report?
If the branch office reports are not displaying in head office data, check the below reasons:
1.Check if the branch data has perfectly sync to head office.
2.Ensure the voucher tagging must be accurate in voucher series group of branch that tagged in branch configuration.
Will multi-branch impact GST filing even with the same GST number?
Yes, In the Multi Branch Concept, each branch will have a different GSTIN according to the state they belong to, so the same GSTIN will not work for them. You have to specify the GSTIN for each branch and file the return separately.
Why cant I see branch options in my BUSY account
Reasons for branch option not showing is :
1. Enterprise model is not showing
2. Login with sub user, who has no rights to see branch feature
3. branch feature is not enabled

BUSY provides various of reports under the Display menu such as Financial reports, Accounting reports, Inventory reports and almost each report has a filter option to view All Branches or One Branch data. You can use that filter option to view branch-wise report.

Yes, you need a static IP to sync data between locations. To set it up, you can purchase a static IP and configure it in your system settings. Alternatively, you can use BUSY Online for remote access without needing a static IP.
In current year openning balance of items not match with closing balance of items in previous year.
If in BUSY current year openning balance of items not match with closing balance of items in previous year, you can do below steps:
Step: 1 Go to administration.
Step: 2 Then go to change financial year.
Step: 3 Carry Forward balance with all master.
Does every branch have the ability to modify files in BUSY or only certain branches?
The ability to modify files in BUSY depend on branch configuration from HO
if the Ho given permission to modify then one or every branches can modify vouchers
but if the HO not allow the modification option then branch cant do it
