No, deleting a voucher from the main branch in BUSY does not delete it from the child branches. if you want to delete it then you need to manually delete those transaction from branch.

A supplier/customer is not showing up in one of my stores after syncing data. What should I do?

You should check if the supplier/customer is added to the correct store and if the data is synced properly. If the issue persists, try syncing the data again or contact customer support for assistance.

You can create multiple branches for the same GST number and can work accordingly

How do I maintain separate ledger balances for each branch within BUSY?

To maintain separate legder branch wise. You can create separate accounts in each brach and
you can use master series group option from enterpise feature.
So that other branch can not see those ledger.

How to resolve unable to sync data?

To open any port from your router you can contact your internet provider they will help you to do the same after this process we need to re check by synchronising data.
