If You cant synch your HO BO data then their could be multiple reasons as below:
1. It could be possible that your static IP port not enabled in your server system
so check by typing on google check my port then click on first link and type the port
name and check if its shows closed then enable it through your IT person.
2. It could be possible that you have made some configuration changes in your HO
or BO so due to not matching of configuration its not synching
so on branch system go to configuration menu and click on feature option then click
enterprise feature and click on branch configuration and run read HO configuration
then while the error will show check the setting you have changed and modiFinancial Year the same
in HO or BO.
3. It could be possible the SQL is not running properly in server system in that case
open sql configure manager in server and restart browser and check the TCP port setting
then try.
"Multibranch option in BUSY for maintaining the same we need Enterprise edition.
In this we can maintain different location wise data for every branch. And then after doing transaction we can check reports as per location wise.

Step 5:- Enable multi branch option
Step 6:- Provide name of Branch
Step 7:- Enbale option Material centre/Voucher series and User. It will auto create all three things and will tagg the same in branch.
Step 8:- Now enable HO/BO data sync option and select its status as Head Office
Note: HO's License must be run on EC model.

if both loactions was from different state then you can't enter stock transfer entry for that you need to entered sales and purchase to record GST on it follow these steps to know what is the actual process

It is Normal Business Practise to transfer Goods from One Branch to Other because it reduces the burden of OverStocking in their Particular Premises.
To Record Stock Transfer between Branches one have to perform tasks in multiple stages.
A) Configure Series in Both the Branches
B) Add Stock Transfer Voucher in that Series
Here we consider that Series in Branches have already been configured.
B) To Add Stock Transfer in BUSY follow below Steps.
Step 1: Click on Transactions
Step 2: Click on Stock Transfer
Step 3: Click on Add
Step 4: Select the Series in which one wants to add the Transaction, here one should use the Series of Branch from where one wants to Transfer
Step 5: Feed Date
Step 6: Feed Vch No (If Voucher Numbering is Manual else it will come automatic)
Step 7: Select Material Centre of From Branch
Step 8: Select Material Centre of To Branch
Step 9: Feed Other Required Details like Item, Quanity, Amt etc
Step 10 : Click on Save
If you want to transfer data from Head Office to newly created Branch after all the necessary configurations done and set up connection, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Data Export Import.
Step 2: Choose "Bulk Data Updation to BO" and select either Master or Transaction as the data type you want to transfer.
Step 3: If you choose Master, select the specific Master for sync, such as Account, Item, etc. Then click on the branch name that you want to send the data to and press OK.
Step 4: If you choose Transaction, select the branch name from the dropdown list and enter the Start Date and End Date. Then select the voucher type, such as Sales, Purchase, etc. and press OK.
Step 5: In the branch office, you can receive the data under the "Exchange Data with HO" tab in the Data Export Import menu.
