step 1: Go in Administration then go in configuration 
step 2: Go in Features/options than go in inventory
step 3: Go in Item pricing mode in vouchers
step 4: Enable party Item wise price/Discount structure and save configuration 
step 5: Go in configuration than go in party item price structure 
step 6: Then choose sale or purchase and mention discount amount account wise 

If you want to enable sale and purchase order in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu 
Step 2: Then click on configuration button
Step 3: Then click on features and option
Step 4: Then click on inventory tab
Step 5: Then tick the enable order processing option and save the changes
Step 6: Then go to transactions menu
Step 7: Now you will be able to see the sales order and purchase order voucher and you can generate the order accordingly 

Yes, The last price feature of pricing mode is used to pick item price automatic from last voucher during voucher entry. You can follow these steps to enable last item price option in pricing mode in BUSY:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration
Step 2: Choose features and option then select inventory tab
Step 3: Click on item pricing mode in voucher then select last item price for sales or purchase as per need then save the configuration.

To get back your signature image and multi-user system in BUSY, you need to go to 
Step 1 : CLick on administration
Step 2 : Then configuration
Step 3: CLick features and options
Step 4 : Go to inventory
Step 5 : Enable the 'Maintain Image and Signature with User' feature. 
Step 6 : Then, make sure to save the images and signatures of all users on your local computer or network/server so they can be shared and accessed by all other users.

If no stock available of an item's MRP then you can sold if as negative. To know how to show 0 stock MRP at the time of sales, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration menu.
Step 2: Select Configuration and click on Features / Options.
Step 3: Select Inventory tab and here click on Configure button next to the MRP-wise Details feature.
Step 4: Tick on Show MRP-Wise stock with zero Qty. and save.

For Inventory management BUSY have sale purchase invoices option Stock Journal for stock generate and consumed, Physical stock Invoice management, Production Module for maintain stock of Production. Reporting portion of all transactions is also available where you can check opening, In-Out process of inventory and Closing balances of item.
For cost of goods sold sale invoice available you can check sale report by following below mention steps:-
Step 1:- Display Tab
Step 2:- Account Books
Step 3:- Account Registers (Standard)
Step 4:- Sale Register

To add/ show free qty of an item in sale voucher, you have to enable free qty in sale vouchers feature of BUSY.
Please follow the steps to below to use free qty feature in BUSY:
Step 1: Go to adminstration menu
Step 2: Click on configuration and then click on features/options
Step 3: Click on Inventory tab then enable free qty in vouchers feature and save it
Step 4: Add free Qty of an item in voucher with + sign in QTY column.

To perform self-valuation of products in BUSY,Please  Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Go to Administration menu and then Configuration tab 
Step 2:  Select Features and Options and choose Inventory tab.
Step 3: On Top Right, Select Stock Valuation Method - Self Valuation
Step 4: then, Open the Item Master from master and select on Modify.
Step 5: Mention the Value in Self Valuation Option
Step 6: In Stock Status Report Under Display Menu will show Value as per Self Valuation.

For maintaining image with item masters we can follow below steps:-
Step 1:- Go to Administration
Step 2:- Configuration
Setp 3:- Features & Options
Step 4:- Inventory
Step 5:- Enbale maintain image/notes with Masters
Step 6:- select item image folder after creating a folder.
Step 7:- Create a folder in system(any location).
Step 8:- Put all item's images in that folder.
Step 9:- Item images should named as item's name.
Step 10:- Now we can check item images in existing items while modify or after creating a new item.

To manage the addition or removal of modules/features in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY.
Step 2: Navigate to the "Settingsmenu.
Step 3: Select the "Modules/Featuresoption to enable or disable.
Step 4: Enable or disable the desired modules/features by checking or unchecking the respective boxes.
Step 5: Click on "Saveor "Applyto confirm the changes.
Step 6: The selected modules/features will be added or removed accordingly.
