BUSY has a Regular Purchase Order Type, this is the normal purchase order that you can create for any supplier. You can specify the items, quantities, rates, taxes, and other details of the purchase order. You can also track the status of the purchase order, such as pending, partially received, or fully received.

To enable the sales quotation in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and then select configuration option.
Step 2: Then select feature and option and then click on inventory tab.
Step 3: Then mention tick on enable sales quotation option.
Step 4: Now from transaction option you can add the sales quotation voucher.

To enter purhcase order, follow these steps:
Step 1 : CLick on administration
Step 2 : Then configuration
Step 3 : Then features and options
Step 4 : Click on inventory
Step 5 : Enable purchase order and save
Step 6 : CLick on transactions
Step 7 : Click on purchase order
Step 8 : Add with vendor or account name

If you are facing decimal point errors in the quantities then please follow 
the given steps
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on configuration 
Step 3: Then click on features and option
Step 4: Then click on inventory tab
Step 5: Then here you can update the alt qty con decimal places.

To create multiple price list for different customer go to:
 Step 1 : CLick on administration
 Step 2 : Configuration
 Step 3 : Features and options
 Step 4 : Inventory
 Step 5 : Item pricing mode in voucher
 Step 6 : Multiple price list of item and set price in item master

Yes, there is feature to create an challan in BUSY, to enable challan follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration and then click on configuration.
Step 2: Select features and options and then click on inventory tab.
Step 3: Enable sale and purchase challan and save.
Step 4: Now in transactions add voucher for challan.

To enable auto create or adjust challan references, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then configuration
Step 2 : Go to features/options then inventory tab and enable sale/purchase challan then click on configure button and enable auto create/adjust challan references and click on ok and save button.

To locate the Item Pricing configuration in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options and click on Inventory tab.
Step 3: Here you will find the option called Item Pricing Mode in Vouchers. You can press ALT+M to locate this.

Backflushing is a method used in the production process to automatically deduct the inventory used in the manufacturing of a product. It involves recording the inventory used to create a item and updating the inventory after the production is completed. This helps in the production process taracking of consumed and generated inventory

In BUSY, the cost of finished goods per unit is typically calculated based on the cost of raw materials on a particular date, as per the chosen valuation method. The total amount of raw materials is allocated to the production of goods, and the cost is distributed according to the valuation method.
