Frequently Asked Questions

To create purchase orders and sales orders, you can go to the respective modules for purchase order and sales sales transactions. From there, you can create new orders by entering the necessary details such as item names, quantities, prices, and customer/supplier information. Once you have entered all the required information, you can save the order.

If you want to enable Purchase Quotation follow these steps: 
 Step 1: Go to Administration select Configuration and click on Features & Options. 
 Step 2: Then click on Inventory and select Enable Purchase Quotation. Save the page. 
 Step 3: Go to the Transaction Menu and add a voucher under Purchase Quotation

Please follow below mention steps for processing stock valuation method:- 
Step 1:- Administration Tab,
Step 2:- Configration
Step 3:- Feature /Option
Step 4:- Inventory 
In the module all stock valuation methods are available you can choose any of them. Inventory methods are FIFO, LIFO, Weighted Average, Last Qty In, Avergare Price(Invoice), Average Price (Qty In), Self Evaluation

Step 4: Inventory
Step 5: Enable the Sales Quotation Option
Step 6: Transaction
Step 7: Sales Quotation
Step 8: Add
Step 9: Adjust in the Sales Voucher through F11 Shortcut Key. 
Note : Party Name should be same for adjusting the Quotation in the Sales Voucher.

To enter your drug license number in BUSY below are the steps to do it:-
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu.
Step 2: Then Click on the Feature and Options tab.
Step 3: Afterwards select Inventory tab.
Step 4: Then from there you have to Enable Drug License number feature and update your Drug License number there.

To maintain item category in BUSY, follow these steps: 
 Step 1: Go to administration then click on configuration menu 
 Step 2: Choose the features and option then select the inventory tab 
 Step 3: Enable for Maintain item category and save the configuration. Now you can add item category in item masters.

If you want to increase the quantity decimal places in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and then click on configuration submenu
Step 2: Then click on features and options 
Step 3: After that select the inventory tab
Step 4: Then enter the quantity decimal places as required and save the changes

To update the prices of item from voucher, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration
Step 2: Choose features/option then select inventory tab
Step 3: Tick on item update prices from voucher then click on configure tab
Step 4: Now, configure for sales and purchase as per requirement then save the configuration.

In BUSY, We have Accounting in Pure Inventory Option. Through this option we can maintain accounting with our Inventory Vouchers.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Features and Options
Step 4: Inventory
Step 5: Enable the Accounting in Pure Inventory Voucher
Step 6: Apply the Bill Sundry in inventory voucher after configuring it.

Follow these steps if scheme not apply in vouher:
step 1: Go in administration then go in master 
step 2: Go in scheme click on modify and select scheme
step 3: Check date range of scheme or if not apply check voucher type and series 
step 4: If it is still not apply check scheme condition.
