Why is the software not maintaining stock balances for this year?

The software is not maintaining stock balances, please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go administration menu and then configuration option
Step 2: ANd then select features and options and select Inventory tab.
Step 3: In the Inventory configuration check do not maintain stock Bal. and select dropdown list In All Items.

Where can i specify FSSAI number in BUSY?

You can specify FSSAI number in BUSY by following below steps:
Step1: Go to Administration menu and click on configuration option
Step2: Now click on feature and option and select inventory feature
Step3: Here you are tick on the option of maintain FSSAI license and specify the number and save the configuration

How to increase decimal places in quantity column?

To increase quantity decimal places in BUSY, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to administration menu then click on configuration sub menu.
Step 2: Select features and options then click on inventory tab.
Step 3: Here, first option of quantity decimal places mention it as required then save.

The material center field is showing in one company but not in another. Why is that and how can I fix it?

If Material center field not showing in one of your company do check following things:
1: Go to administration - feature - inventory tab.
2: In inventory tab check enable multi - godown inventory feature is enable.
3: Check if Item level MC feature in enabled in configuration of multigodown inventory feature.

I am not able to see the material center field in the sales voucher. How can I enable it?

To enable the material center field in the sales voucher, 
Step 1: Go to Administration then Configuration
Step 2: Select Features / Options and go to Inventory tab
Step 3: enable the Enable Multi-Godown Inventory feature and save
Step 4: Now when post voucher in sale material center field will show.

Is there something wrong with my settings as quotation or order invoice not showing in BUSY?

If you have a basic model license, the quotation and order features will not be visible as it is a part of the standard and enterprise models.To access these features, you will need to upgrade your BUSY license to either the standard or enterprise version, depending on your requirements.

Why am I unable to see the tax breakup for MRPs in the standard reports?

You can view the tax breakup for MRPs in the standard reports in BUSY , Please follow below steps : 
Step 1: Navigate to the Display Section
Step 2: Enable option show MRP and bifurcation of amounts
Step 3 : press okay and open the report .

To enable multigodown follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to administration then configuration
Step 2: Then select features option and click on inventory option
Step 3: Enable multigodown inventory then save
Step 4: Now go to administration then masters
Step 5: Click on material center then add and create new material center

Where can I find the feature to add decimal places to the quantity fields?

You can find the feature to add decimal places to the quantity fields by following below steps:
Step1: Go to Administration menu and click on configuration submenu.
Step2: Then click on Feature and option section and select inventory feature.
Step3: Here you are increase the quantity decimal places and save the changes

How do I differentiate between stock for finished goods and raw materials?

In BUSY, you can differentiate between stock for finished goods and raw materials by creating separate 
stock groups for each category and assigning the appropriate items to each group. You can also use the manufacturig feature to track the consumption of raw materials in the production of finished goods.
