You can use alternate unit or packaging unit option in BUSY to maintain it and divide the 1 box price with the total quantity in box then you will get amount to specify for each item

No, it is not necessary to maintain MRP wise feature to enter sale and purchase prices. You can just enter the Sale Price and Purchase Price in the item master while creating them or later on.

To disable fractional quantities in BUSY, follow these steps: Step 1: Go to the Administration menu. Step 2: Click on Configuration. Step 3: Navigate to Features and Options, then select Inventory. Step 4: Specify zero in the quantity decimal places.
