Step 2: Then select Feature and options and then click on Inventory tab.
Step 3: After that select the check box of serial number wise details option and enable or disable other functions as per your requirement
Step 4: Then press ok and save the Configuration.
Step 5: Now go to Administration menu and then submenu master
Step 6: Then select item option and click on modify option
Step 7: After that select the specific item in which you want to maintain serial number and after opening it enable serial number wise details option as Y then save the item master
Step 8: Now proceed by entering a purchase or sale voucher after that the item details are entered a window displaying serial number wise details will appear provide the necessary details and save it.

To convert a material issue chalan into a sales invoice in BUSY, you can follow these steps: 1. Open BUSY on your computer.
Step 1: Go to the Administration section of BUSY.
Step 2: Navigate to Configuration.
Step 3:Select Features and Options.
Step 4:Choose Inventory.And enable Enable sales challan and Purchase Challan .
Step 5: Create Challan: Enable Sales/purchase challan from Inventory menu . Configure challan options properly .
Step 6 : Create Sales Invoice : BUSY software allows us to convert from pick-up sales challan with the help of function key F11. This includes all item details information, bill sundry information of the invoice .
Step 7: Review and Verify the Invoice : Need to adjust Challan reference in the sales invoice from the auto populate window . Double-check the information on the sales invoice to ensure accuracy and completeness. Verify that all relevant details are included and correctly calculated.

To enable the parameter option in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu then select Configuration option.

If you want to maintain batch-wise stock of items.This feature is most suitable for pharmaceutical and food processing business as they need to maintain manufacturing and expiry date of items.To enable this feature you can follow these steps:
Step 1:Go to Administration menu,
Step 2:Select Configuration,
Step 3:Select Features and Options,
Step 4:click Inventory Tab,
Step 5:Here you can see the feature of Batch wise Detail,enble this feature then click configuraion,Please configure this according to your requirements and then save.
Step 6:After enabling the Batch-wise Details feature, specify Y in the Batch-wise Details option for the items for which you want to maintain batch-wise stock in the required Item master.
Step 7:Enter transactions and specify batch details for each item in the Item-wise Batch Details window that appears on Enter Batch no.,Quantity,Manufacturing and Expiry date.
Step 8:To view the reports,Go to Display,click Batch-wise Reports,Select the report.

Step 3:Select the item master with the required quantity. After the unit column, a new window will appear to adjust item serial numbers.
Step 4:Select the item serial numbers according to your requirements and press the OK button. Now, you can check the serial number details in the item information window located on the right-hand side of your screen.
