How do I create sales orders easily without typing all details manually?

Step 1: Go to the Administration section of BUSY.
Step 2: Navigate to Configuration.
Step 3:Select Features and Options.
Step 4:Choose Inventory.And enable Enable sales Order and Purchase Order .
Step 5: Create Order: Enable Sales/purchase Order from Inventory menu . Configure challan options properly .
Step 6 : Create Sales Invoice : BUSY software allows us to convert from pick-up sales Oreder with the help of function key F11. This includes all item details information, bill sundry information of the invoice .
Step 7: Review and Verify the Invoice : Need to adjust order reference in the sales invoice from the auto populate window . Double-check the information on the sales invoice to ensure accuracy and completeness. Verify that all relevant details are included and correctly calculated.

What is the process for correcting a serial number I provided incorrectly?

Please follow below steps to modify serial number details of the invoice :
Step 1 : After enabling serial number tracking, you may need to configure it according to your specific requirements.
Step 2 : Need to modify the item master for those products.
Step 3 : Locate the product or item for which you want to enable serial number tracking within the item master.
Step 4 : Within the item details, you should find an option related to serial number wise details . Enable this option for the specific product.
Step 5 : After enabling serial number tracking for the product, save the changes you made to the item master.
Step 6 : When creating the invoice, you can add the serial numbers of the products you are selling.

I am not getting the invoice number after quantity in purchase entries, how to fix this?

Step 1 ; If you've already created a voucher or invoice with an incorrect number, open the voucher or invoice that needs correction within the BUSY software. Step 2 : In the voucher or invoice editing screen, locate the voucher number field. Since you are manually numbering the voucher or invoice, you can directly edit the number to the correct value. Step 3 : After correcting the voucher or invoice number, save your changes within the voucher or invoice editing screen. Step 4 : Double-check that the voucher or invoice number now reflects the correct value. Step 5 : If there are no other issues with the voucher or invoice, you can continue with the transaction, making sure that the corrected number is used.

Enter the serial number of the item being returned. 4. Use the minus sign to indicate the return quantity. 5. The returned item will be adjusted in your stock. 6. If you want to replace the item, enter the new item's details in a separate voucher.
