There could be discrepancies in the balance sheet due to these possible reasons: 1. Incorrect grouping and tagging of accounts. 2. Improper & incorrect recording of transactions. 3. Opening & Closing Trial's debit and credit side are not match.

Q: How can we check whether the income is reflected in the balance sheet or not?

Income is not a part of balance sheet it reflects in the profit and loss account, so to make sure it reflecting correct or not you need the account is created under the incomer group.

To track the capital account in BUSY you need to follow the steps 1 go to display menu and click on final results 2 click on annexture capital account and press ok

Q: Why isn't the freight amount showing up where I expect it to in the balance sheet?

The freight charges is not a part of Balance Sheet, that why it will not show in the Balance sheet. Freight charges will be displayed in the Profit & Loss A/c of BUSY.
