I'm trying to find gross profit in BUSY but not able to find it, what am I doing wrong?
You can follow some steps to check report for gross profit:
Step 1: Go to display and click on Final results.
Step 2: Now click on Profit and Loss Account and select report type and mention period and check your Gross profit
Why am I showing a loss even though my sales are increasing? What could be the reasons?
If the profit and loss account may show a loss even if the sales are increasing. This could be due to other factors that affect the profit and loss account, such as: Higher the expenses, Less closing stock amount, etc.

1. Go in Display then go Final Result
2.Then click on Profit & Loss A/c
3. Then select format and open Report

Step 1: Go to the Display menu
Step 2: Click final result, Select Profit and loss A/c
Step 3: Select report type as horizontal or vertical

To get a detailed breakup of purchases and sales in the trading account, you can check the account register or the sales register in BUSY. You can also group the parties to view the details.
Why am I unable to view the text ratios for sales and purchases as required? What settings do I need to adjust?
Can check Ratio for sale and purchase can view Trading account by Display - final results - profit and loss account - enable show ratios option while open report and then can check .
Why is there a mismatch between totals in PL and Trial Balance in BUSY
