How can I resolve issues with directly uploading my GSTR return to the government portal from BUSY?

To resolve issues with directly uploading GSTR returns from BUSY to the government portal 
 you can try the following steps 
 1 Go to transaction menu and click on configuration then click on feature option then 
 click on GST VAT option and fill the GST number and GST portal user name 
 2 Go to Display menu and click on gst report then click on GST Returns 
 3 Click on GSTR1 ereturn and select direct upload then select period and ok 
 4 Click on check possible errors and click on Check HSN errors then if showing any error 
 showing like invalid HSN or blank HSN then enter on it go to the voucher level and modify the item 
 master and modify the HSN details and validate after validating save item and save voucher 
 5 then click on Check transaction error if any error showing like invalid party gstin or state 
 then click on error and go to voucher level then click on party master and modify party GSTIN and validate 
 after validate save party and resave voucher 
 6 then click on check errors in dpcument summary and sameway modify it if showing any error 
 7 then click on proceed with direct upload 
 8 make sure you have enables api access on gst portal then after clicking direct upload a OTP will generate 
 on your register mobile number fill the otp and proceed
