How can I resolve the mismatch when comparing stock levels based on MRP and item wise stock?

If you are using MRP wise details for any item and did not mention MRP details either in purchase or sales voucher then you will face mismatch in both stock status and mrp wise stock report. In order to find the mismatch, you need to compare both closing stock status report and mrp closing report in short range and make adjustment accordingly.
1.To check the closing stock status report:
Step 1: Click on Display section and then select the Stock Status Report.
Step 2: Now click on Closing stock alphabetical or other one as per your requirement and select option for MC and Item.
Step 3: Now mention the date range and then enable other option there as per your requirement and click on OK option and check stock.
2.To check the MRP closing stock report:
Step 1: Click on Display section and then select MRP wise report
Step 2: Choose the mrp closing status then balance only
Step 3: Choose the material center, speciFinancial Year the item range with date and press on Ok tab to check the report.
3.In BUSY, you can post stock journal voucher in order to make stock adjustment. You can consume as well as generate the item as per mismatch by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to transaction then click on stock journal
Step 2: Choose the add option then create the voucher for stock adjustment.
