To update the latest version of BUSY you need to follow below steps:
Step 1: Open your BUSY then click on check BUSY updates option
Step 2: Then click on download updates button
Step 3: after that go to the desktop then you will see two setup named as product and stat release
Step 4: Then install both setup in the same drive where your BUSY is installed
To configure gst follow this steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on configuration button
Step 2: Then click on features and option then click on gst/vat tab
Step 3: Then mention GST number and gst portal username in that tab and save it
To configure e-invoice in BUSY follow this steps:
Step 1: Go to e-invoice portal create gsp id
Step 2: Then open BUSY then go to administration tab
Step 3: Then click on configuration option
Step 4: Then click on features and option
Step 5: Then click on gst/vat tab and open it
Step 6: Then select e-invoice required option as yes and then config it by mention from place and pincode
Step 7: Then click on gsp configuration and mention gsp id and password save it
Step 8: Then go to administration click on configuration and click on voucher series configuration
Step 9: Select voucher which e-invoice you want to generate then select series and click on voucher configuration button and enable generate e-invoice after saving option and save it
