How does the BUSY mobile app sync with the desktop version?
To sync with the desktop version of the BUSY mobile app, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the administration menu, then click on the configuration button.
Step 2: Then click on the features and options button, then click on the general tab.
Step 3: Afterwards, enable the BDEP ID option, then create a BDEP ID and save it.
Step 4: Then enable the BUSY mobile app option and select the cloud sync option.
Step 5: Save the changes
Step 6: Then go to the administration menu again and click on the users option.
Step 7: Then click on cloud sync users, then add a new user for the mobile app.
