I am unable to add a custom column to my sales register for TCS amount. How can I do this?

To add a custom column for TCS amount in the sales register of BUSY, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open the sales register in BUSY.
 Step 2: Navigate to the Custom Columns section.
 Step 3: Create a format name of your choice.
 Step 4: Click on Add New Column to create your custom column.
 Step 5: Configure the custom column:
 In the Heading option, enter column name as per your choice like TCS Amount.
 Specify the position where you want this column to appear in your report.
 Set the data type to Numeric.
 Mention the maximum number of characters (e.g., 16).
 Set the maximum decimal places to 2.
 Decide whether you want to show the total (Y for yes, N for no).
 Choose whether to display 0 as blank (Y/N) based on your preference.
 Step 6: In the Data Field option, choose the following details:
 Select the category as Inventory Voucher (Header).
 Choose the field as TOTAL_TDS/TCS_AMOUNT.
 Save the field and then save the format.
 Step 7: Reload the report, select the format you created, and you'll see the TCS Amount column in your report.
 Also you can configure this through columnar report as well :
 Step 1: First, log in to your desired company in the BUSY software.
 Go to the Administration option, choose Configuration, select columnar Reports, click on Accounts Register.
 Step 2: In the sales register, you need to add a new format to display the TCS amount. Click on Add Format to do this.
 Then, select Body to indicate where you want this new column to appear in the report.
 By default, you'll see some columns already listed. Make sure to set Select to Yes for adding a new column.
 Now, choose the specific row where you want to add the TCS amount.
 In the Type field, select vch.field. click on Particulars to specify what this new column represents.
 Look for the TOTAL_TDS/TCS_AMOUNT field. This is the field that holds the TCS amount in your sales vouchers.
 Select this field and save this report. 
 With help of these steps you can add TCS amount in sales register.
